This is real-time VR model inside Maya 5.0. Holmenkollen Park Hotel is one of Norway’s best know wooden hotels. The hotel has been put into 3d, for firemen to train fire operation on. The smoke, flames and firemen resources can interactively be controlled in real-time while the fire is developing. The 3d model of the hotel is very accurate, and this makes it possible to train realistically on this building in particular. Training on this 3d model, will make the firemen in Oslo prepared for a real fire in the hotel.
