The ferry is owned by Stavangerske Dampskibselskab ASA and the route between Stavanger and Tau, brings 1.5 million passengers every year. The model used in this simulator is very accurat, and is based on the same 3d model that was used when producing the ferry. The ferry is produced by Fjellstrand shipyard in Norway. The model has both exterior and interior, and the simulator can be used to create scenarios that include searching for missing people inside.
